Last updated on Monday 21 December.
At Talbot Green Shopping Park we are committed to the well-being of our customers, retailers and employees — and during this time of uncertainty brought about by the rise of COVID-19, this ethos is more important than ever.
As such, we are following official advice from the Government and Public Health Wales and in line with the recent lockdown announcement, most of our stores and restaurants will be closed from midnight on 19 December until further notice.
However, the following essential stores and COVID-safe services will remain open during this period:
The Food Hall at TG Marks and Spencer will remain open during the lockdown period.
Kindly note, the toilets, cafe, baby changing facilities and Clothing Hall (top floor) will be closed.
However, the store click and collect service will continue during this period, with the collection point moved to the front of the store. This means that customers will still be able to safely collect online orders from our Talbot Green store.
Thank you for your understanding at this time. Click here for information on the health and safety procedures and social distancing measures at TG M&S.
Welsh Government has recognised Optometric Practices as an essential health care provider. Therefore, Specsavers at Talbot Green Shopping Park will remain open during the lockdown. The Specsavers team are prioritising emergency and essential appointments.
If you require an emergency appointment, please call: 01443 223 882.
TG Boots will remain open to provide essential services to customers during the lockdown period.

TG Costa Coffee will be closed for sit in services for the duration of the lockdown in Wales. However, its contactless and COVID-safe take-away service will remain available.

Argos TG will be open for the collection of pre-paid online orders online only. You will not be able to purchase any items instore.

TG Next will only be open for online orders and online returns. You will not be able to shop inside. Due to this, the store's annual sale in Wales will now be an online only event.

*NB = this list is correct against information we have received from stores at the time of last update (21 December 2020). If you are a store employee with more information or a customer with a question please get in touch via Facebook messenger.
We are doing everything we can to keep this list updated but due to the rapidly changing nature of the situation, there may be some discrepancies. To avoid disappointment please check with individual outlets before you visit.
And remember — many of our closed restaurants and stores will still be operating online and we advise you to visit their respective websites where they will be able to fulfil online orders.
A note for visitors — we are following all guidelines issued by Public Health Wales and continue to take a stringent and proactive approach to the cleanliness and hygiene of Talbot Green Shopping Park. For more information on our response to COVID-19, click here.
